Binaural Beats = Miraculous

Binaural Beats = Miraculous

Yep it’s true.

One of my customers sent me this amazing testimonial.

/////////////////////

“Miraculous”

Audio #11 – Active Training

Experience: Very Satisfied

Being an aged pensioner in Australia means I must watch my finances carefully. I refuse to say “I can’t afford something” rather that I am financially handicapped and must think about it first.

I don’t do aerobic exercises but I played the exercise binaural beats on my I-Pod (a gift from the grand kids) and was still playing it after 2 hours digging and planting in the garden and completing the job I started, then another hour while I dragged the hose around watering.

That is really miraculous because I weigh over 100kg and am over 65 years of age and usually the job would take several days.

Thank you.

Now when I first created these binaural beats audios I didn’t have people like Valerie in my thoughts. I had young active people like myself looking for ways to take their excercise to the next level.

But I am so glad to discover that these amazing binaural beats can help just about anybody.

Relaxation With Binaural Beats…

Posted by Paul Kleinmeulman on 24 April 2008

Gosh it’s been such a long time since I have had a chance to write on my blog… I’m embarrased.

But this is a topic I just had to write about because binaural beats are especially powerful in this area.

Relax With Binaural Beats…

Binaural beats are beats that are specifically designed to reach altered states of consciousness. They do so by forcing your brain into certain brain wave frequencies.

This process is called entrainment. Entrainment, also called brainwave synchronization, is the practice of altering one’s brainwaves frequency by means of a periodic stimulus with corresponding frequency.

The stimulation can be aural, as in the case of binaural beats, but the stimuli can be visual, like in the case of dream machines. It can also be both aural and visual, like with a mind machine. You can also entrain someone’s brain wave frequency through electromagnetic radiation.

Every brain wave frequency range will produce a state that will correspond to a certain mind state. For example, if you brain is operating in the beta brain wave frequency range, the area of external activity (physical, muscular, nervous, emotional and intellectual) will be dynamic in your personality. This is the range in which your brain waves are usually in when you are practicing activities that require your utmost attention.

If you brain is in a theta state, then you will feel a bit drowsy like in an early sleep state. This is the range where most of our daydreaming takes place. If you ever were once on the freeway and couldn’t remember what happened in the last 5 miles, chances are you were in a theta state.

If you’re brain is in the Delta state, then you are probably in deep sleep. The delta state can also be reached by skilled meditation practitioners. This is the lowest brain wave frequency range. If you go below the delta state, you will be in what is called a “brain dead” state.

But if you are in an alpha state, you will be in a state of relaxation but still be well awake. The alpha state is the state between the beta state and the theta state and this is the zone you want to be in when you are trying to achieve better relaxation.

So if you want to achieve that goal with binaural beats, you have to go with recordings that target that specific range. There are plenty of different binaural beat recordings out there specifically made for that purpose (check out my set of audios at http://www.MyMindShift.com.

These recordings are designed to bring your brain waves into the 8 Hz to 14 Hz frequency range. This is the range in which your brainwaves are when they are in the alpha state. You will then feel as relaxed when you listen properly to these recordings as you usually would if you were to reach the same state through some other method.

But you will need a very good set of head phones to take advantage of all the benefits of binaural beats. Since binaural beats will only work if each separate ear is stimulated with a clearly distinct frequency, you will not be able to get results if you use standard speakers.

Never before have we been given the opportunity to “tune” our mind up to specific mind states with external sources of stimuli. If used properly, binaural beats can be a very effective way to release stress and dramatically improve one’s life quality…

Less Stress – Easy Sleep – Deep Relaxation and Centered Meditation will all help you to relax and they are all available at http://www.MyMindShift.com for one low price. Check it out if you need some help in that area.

How Brain Wave Frequencies Affect You?

Posted by Paul Kleinmeulman on 10 April 2008

How Brain Wave Frequencies Affect You?

Your brain is truly a marvel of electrochemical machinery. It has been speculated by researchers that a fully functioning brain can generate as much as 10 watts of electrical power.

Even though that energy can seem rather limited, the brain still emits this energy in specific ways or patterns. These patterns are called brainwaves patterns. Specific brainwave frequencies will occur under different specific mind states.

But just like different mind states will produce different wave patterns, different brainwave frequencies can produce different mental states.

But before I go into brain wave manipulation technology, I have to explain the different types of wave lengths your brain produces.

Brainwaves can be separated into 4 principal categories. They range from the highest brain activity level to the lowest brain activity level.

Beta Brainwave Frequencies

The first and highest brainwave frequency category is referred to as the beta state. Beta waves are being emitted by your brain at frequencies ranging from 14 Hz to 40 Hz. The beta state is associated with a highly focused and engaged mind. This is the state in which most of our brain power is being used.

Alpha Brainwave Frequencies

The second state is the alpha state. In the alpha state, your brain emits waves in the 8 Hz to 14 Hz range. This is the state you are usually in when you are taking a break after completing a task or when you are taking time out to reflect or meditate. Your mind is still alert when you’re in an alpha state, but you’ll feel more relaxed then when you’re in a beta state. The alpha state is one of light meditation and the most prevalent during daydreaming.

Theta Brainwave Frequencies

The third state is the theta state. When you’re in a theta state, your brain is emitting waves in the 4 Hz to 8 Hz range. When you are in a theta mental state, you will feel a certain sense of drowsiness and fatigue. This is the best state for people who practice meditation. The theta state is also the state you usually are in when you are performing automatic tasks that don’t need your whole attention.

Delta Brainwave Frequencies

And then there is the delta state. In the delta state, your brain waves will be in the 0.5 Hz to 4 Hz range. This is the state you are in when you are in deep sleep. Some people are able to achieve a delta state through deep meditation.

There are ways you can manipulate your mental state with binaural beats. Binaural beats are a series of different sound waves emitted at certain different, but similar, frequencies specifically designed to set the brain into a certain brain wave frequency range.

So binaural beat recordings can be designed to induce a beta state for better focus, an alpha state for relaxation, a theta state for deep meditation and a delta state when its time to go to bed.

One can only marvel at the possibilities of binaural beats. And at the rate the study of brain wave activity is evolving, there is no telling how far binaural beats can go…

How Can Binaural Beats Help You?

Posted by Paul Kleinmeulman on 07 April 2008

How Can Binaural Beats Help You?

The capabilities of binaural beats are truly amazing. Binaural beats work by “tricking” your mind into gearing itself to different brainwave frequencies.

This is truly where the power of binaural beats lie. Once you understand that your brainwaves are truly what dictates your behavior, you start to understand the amazing potential of binaural beats.

Binaural beats can truly be a gateway to different altered states of consciousness. Binaural beats work by sending two different sounds of different, but similar, wavelengths to each separate ear. Your left and right brains will then balance themselves out and through a process called entrainment set themselves to a specific wavelength, all depending on the frequencies that were originally emitted.

Your mind then enters the specific state that the brainwave frequencies will induce. Since different brain wavelengths can induce different moods and behaviors, binaural beats can be used to shape and mold one’s mind.

Different binaural recordings can be designed to set the brain to different wavelengths thus creating the state these specific wavelengths produce. There are 4 principal brainwave patterns: beta, alpha, theta and delta.

More Focused And Alert Binaural Beats
If your goal is to heighten your brain’s activity and to be more focused and alert, then you can use binaural audio recordings that target frequencies between 14 Hz and 40 Hz range. These frequencies will induce what is called a beta state. This is the highest of all 4 frequencies your brain can emit. A beta state is associated to an engaged and highly focused mind. This is the state most public speakers are in when they make speeches and comedians are in when they perform their act.

Better Sleep Binaural Beats
If you want to get better sleep, then you can go for a recording that would put you in a delta state. A delta state occurs when your brainwaves are in the 0.5 Hz to 4 Hz range. This is where your brain gets most of his rest. Here the brainwaves are at the greatest amplitude and slowest frequency. They typically center around a range of 1.5 to 4 cycles per second. So if you want to say goodbye to sleepless nights, binaural beats might be of real benefit to you.

Meditation Binaural Beats
Binaural beats can be used for a variety of other reasons. Some recordings can be used to enter a deep meditative state. People practice meditation for a variety of reasons. Some do it out of religious belief, while some others do it for stress management purposes. Whatever the reason might be, binaural beats can help beginners reach a higher meditative state that they normally could.

Cure Depression Binaural Beats
Binaural beats can also be used to cure depression. Since depressive people usually dwell in lower brain frequencies then happier people, binaural beats can be used to gear up the brainwaves to a higher frequency. Binaural beats have been shown to be even more effective then regular anti-depressants in curing depression cases. This is not good news for the pharmaceutical industry…

The possibilities of binaural beats are endless. They can be used to really improve your natural capabilities and your quality of life… So why don’t you give them a try and see what binaural beats can do for you?
